I just wrapped up my 90-Day Accelerator launch, and I'm pulling back the curtain to show you EXACTLY what happened — the good, the bad, and the profitable.
The Launch in Three Visual Stories

The Numbers That Matter:
$17,150 in total revenue ($11,035 profit)
49 sales from 1,600 page visitors (3% conversion)
29% of revenue ($4,900) came from partner affiliates
20 emails sent over 18 days
Grew a waitlist to 499 subscribers (475 were new subs!)
What Worked: Email Strategy
My email sequence was simple: 10 educational emails followed by 10 sales emails between Feb 17-March 7. The last few weeks I broke down both the education emails here and the sales emails. I even packaged all these proven emails (69 pages worth!) as a product you could have used as templates for your own launches—turning a $100 investment into $10K or more. Unfortunately, it's not for sale anymore.
But back to the launch data. The numbers tell an interesting story:
Educational emails: 47.21% open rate, 1.41% click rate
Sales emails (waitlist): 57.80% open rate, 5.67% click rate
Sales emails (main list): 46.62% open rate, 1.43% click rate
Key insight: My waitlist subscribers had a 296% higher click through rate compared to my main list. Building a waitlist before launches makes a massive difference.
What I Learned: Partner Program
For the first time, I tried an affiliate program with 16 partners:
Generated 475 leads and 14 sales
Most surprising: My partner who sent 200+ leads made ZERO sales
Most effective: A partner with only 144 leads generated 6 sales
Quality trumps quantity every time.
Most Valuable Lesson
I started with 5,584 subscribers and ended with 5,709 despite sending 20 emails in 18 days.
Never feel bad losing subscribers during a sales sequence — they NEVER would have bought from you anyway.
The best part? The program is now built and validated. Next time, the $11,035 profit grows with much less work.
